The ATI Study Guide: Science Section

Published

I have read so many times that the ATI study guide doesn't have the geology information that's covered on the test, but page 156 of my version 3.0 guide has a really basic review of the hydrologic cycle, plate tectonics, the types of rock (including the types of weathering). The only thing I don't see is cloud types, but the basic ones are easy enough: stratus, cumulus, and cirrus. I wonder how the physics that's covered in the study guide will be reflected on the test. I was so relieved to find this section, because I don't have the time to go through all of the great "4Kids" sites that explain some of the basic science principles.

I take the TEAS on April 16th. Good luck to everyone who is studying right now!

I took my test on Feb 27th and the science portion was the only portion taht gave me trouble. ALthough the information is in the book it does go into greater detail with the questioning. The physics part was definately the toughest oart in my opinion. Well good luck on your test! :)

Thanks for the information! I will make sure that I use the book as a guide for a more in-depth review of the concepts. Thanks for sharing; I hope you get into or got into your program.
