Tell me about your RN-MSN program...

Hey folks,

I'm considering looking into RN-MSN FNP (or ACNP) programs. Can you tell me about ones that you are in or looking into?

Thanks in advance!

I've heard that Rush has good NP programs.

I'm in an MSN program at DePaul, but it's a generalist degree. They have a long-running NP program there too but I haven't heard much about it.

I'm looking into the University of South Alabama. They have distance learning FNP and ACNP RN-MSN programs. Seems to be a really good school.

UTMB! Graduating next year and everything has gone pretty smoothly. Most of the classes are distance.

Thaks for the reply, everyone.

If you are in the programs, what do you like about them?

If you aren't, why are you considering them?

I was considering going for my RN-BSN first, then finding an out of state Master's Program. I think that I may just kill two birds with one stone and try the RN-MSN route. Any info would be helpful!
