Telehealth NP

I am a Family NP who has worked in primary care for 17 years.  I am hoping to reduce my hours in my clinic to 20-24hrs/week and then do some part-time  telehealth.  I've looked at job postings, but most of them require some in-person days.  I also could potentially do some self-pay visits, but am just looking for advice on how to get started.
