TEAS Test Ivy Tech Spring 2019/Acceptance

Hello All,

Just took my TEAS test today. I got the ATI study guide but didnt go through much of the modules. I did take a couple practice tests though. Anyways I scored 55/60 in the prerequisite classes and TEAS 72% making my score a 124.88/160. I assume they round so lets say 125/160 (it makes me feel better). I know its not great and now I am going to be dying until September 1st; the application deadline. Can anyone tell me of past scores? Where i rank? I know it depends on the amount and scores of the applicants, but in previous years have scores this low got in? I am applying to Anderson, New Castle, and Indianapolis in that order. Any help or peace of mind would be appreciated.

I am freaking out also! I applied to Muncie, Anderson, Ft. Wayne, and Kokomo. I had a B in Anatomy. I believe I will have between 125-128 points given I get an A is Pysch. I am currently freaking out. I thought we would find out later if we are accepted! Such a nervous wreck. I read somewhere that some people had gotten in first round over 120 pts. but I don't know how accurate it is, and I know there is so much it depends on!

I am also very nervous, I got 50/60 from my required classes and I took my teas last Friday with 76.34%. I applied Kokomo, Indy, and Anderson. hopefully, I will get accepted. good luck everyone.

It looks like we applied to, two of the same campuses! I applied to Muncie, Anderson, Kokomo, and Ft. Wayne! I will also have a 50/60 given I get an A in psych (but I am pretty confident, it was one of my favorites in high school!). I got a 76% on the TEAS also! I am somewhat freaking out.. I am so nervous. Until I get an acceptance or denial I will be a total mess.

I think psych is pretty easy to get an A, you can do it. I saw a post earlier that someone gots accepted at Kokomo campus with 116 points. hopefully, this will make you less nervous. :) even though I am also very nervous.

That makes me feel alot better! Maybe we will be at the same campus since we have 2 the same! I added myself to a group on Facebook to ask over IVYT students that have been through it, but haven't been accepted yet.

I applied to the same campuses. My score is not that high. Good luck

I applied yesterday to Anderson, Indianapolis, Kokomo. With a score of 112. I think getting in may be a long shot however, I'm still hopeful. Did you guys apply to RN program or the transition program?

I have chosen to consider about PN if I didn't get select to ASN. Good luck, I will keep my fingers cross for you.

Hi James! I took my teas last week and then applied. My score is 141 out of 160. I have no idea how competitive the school is with these scores. I applied to the Sellersburg campus. I scored a 183 on teas and then had A's in all of my prereq classes. Good luck to everyone applying. I have my fingers crossed I get in!

I applied to the ASN program. Mine is 141 /160 as well. I'm super nervous :( I applied to Indy, Bloomington, Sellersburg and Columbus (they had spots listed for spring? Did anyone else notice that?) Good luck to everyone! Hopefully some of us will be in class together! :)

I just applied to Peru, Logansport, Kokomo, Lafayette, and Fort Wayne. I'm waiting on a final score, because I am taking the prereqs. now, but I am hoping to end up with a 129-135 if I also retake the TEAS test.
