TEAS online practice test

I am a pre-nursing student in a BSN program taking pre-reqs. My school uses the TEAS and GPA in pre-reqs for acceptance in the nursing progam. I havent completed any courses yet (really I shouldnt take the TEAS for another 1 1/2 years) but I am one of those people who like to be prepared and know ahead of time. Anyway, I took the ATI TEAS online practice test and scored an 80%. Now keep in mind I have never taken any anatomy, chemistry, college math and I dont know any metric conversions/measurements and I have been out of HS for 10 years. I was surprised at how well I did with no preperation.

My question is...is the practice test equivalent to the actual test or am I being mislead. I know I have alot to learn but if my score can only go up from here I do very well, right??
