Hello, I recently took the TEAS 6 about a month ago and scored an 89% (so close to a 90 ugh). I literally only used the study manual provided by the ATI website. Just make sure you dedicate a good amount of time to each individual section, but with the main focus being on A&P (the great majority of the test will be A&P, I barely got any other sort of science question). I studied too hard for the other sections and ended up falling short on the last section, English and Language with a 79%, because I literally just glanced at it the night before. So try to distribute your time. Also, the manual does not cover everything you will see on the test for A&P, there were some questions that I was thankful I had at least taken the A&P 1 course so I could answer them. So, you may want to look into studying a little more thoroughly that section with maybe some of your textbooks to refresh your memory. I'd suggest studying about a month before the test so you have time to go over all the sections, then take the first practice test, review what you are weak on from the results, focus on your weaknesses, take the second practice test a few days before the actual test, and review over the sections some more. Don't freak out if you don't like the scores you get on the practice tests, I think they make the practice tests harder than the actual exam. I got an 80% on my practice. This was my initial study plan too, but I ended up procrastinating and only studying for a week and a half, something I deeply regret because I could have done better had I followed through.

So basically make sure you give yourself time to go over all the sections (esp. A&P) and don't procrastinate! :) Good luck.
