TEAS Exam Prep

Hello, 

I am a current community college student and I have to take the TEAS test some general concerns I have are how long should I spend studying for this exam and what are some good testing resources to use to best prepare. Also what is the current version of the Exam my school says it is the TEAS V is this correct for 2021 I haven't scheduled a test date yet but plan on taking it at the end of the Summer or in the early fall is this a  reasonable timeline?
