Hello, anyone that has applied to Texas A&M Corpus Christi BSN program Spring 2020 know how many students get admitted? I want to start this thread to communicate with others who have also applied to share questions, encouragement, and etc..

hello! i applied for spring 2020 and waited for someone to do a thread to meet others. i’m not sure how many get accepted but i would also like to know. from other threads i think i’ve seen the number 30 pop up for the amount that got in out of like 100.

Hi there! ? Did you apply for the face-to-face program? That's the one I applied to.

Great! Do you mind sharing your stats? I’ll share mine. I met all 5 criteria's.

Hesi: 87

Reading: 90

Critical thinking: 970

GPA: 3.65

GPA (last 60 hrs): 3.85

& I am also a certified nursing assistant i don’t know if that helps but it’s there lol. How about you?

wow, you did really good! i’m sure you’ll get accepted with those stats! unfortunately i met 4/5 criteria:

HESI: 87

Reading: 90

GPA: 3.9

Science GPA: 3.7 (i believe)

Critical thinking: 810

i really focused on studying for the HESI (got really paranoid) and don’t have any experience in the nursing field so i did pretty low on critical thinking :(

You have very great stats too! A friend of mine was accepted with 4/5 criteria this past Spring. This is actually my second time applying. ? I made a 3/5 (did’t meet the reading & the critical thinking portion) so I was not accepted. So I am hoping I get selected this time around. Are you currently taking any courses (pharm or patho)?

Hey!

Heard about this site where members from a previous cohort had started a thread. It's still pretty early in October, but I wish they'd let us know.

Anyways, now we wait!

Hi there! Did you apply for the face-to-face program? Yes, i’ve read all the previous threads and some have received it during this week and others around next week. I just can’t wait to know. I really hope it’s sometime this week.?
