taking nclex in 2 months...help!!!

Published

Hello I am done with school tuesday and have till the end of may-mid june to study, i have signed up for kaplan on line and doing question book....any other suggestions....any one that can skype and help (never did it before..wonder if it would help!) TY

I would suggest doing as many questions as you can. I would say do around 75 questions per day and make sure you read the rationales for each question and you understand the information. If there is a topic you run into that you dont know, study it! If you put the time into preparing for this exam, you will pass! I did at least 3000 questions and passed the first time. Good luck!

I also did Kaplan, but the classroom section. Time went by so quickly those 4 days, it was way more interactive and I feel like you may get extra info/hints from a real, live teacher as opposed to pre-recorded sessions. My instructor was so good and I left feeling very confident. I did every question in the Q-bank + the mutiple answer questions. I also read that book from cover-to-cover. I did not want to retake the NCLEX, and figured I put in my time beforehand. And I agree, read every rationale (whether you got it right or wrong). I learned so much information that wasn't taught in nursing school. Good luck--you'll do great ;)
