I have been a registered nurse for 5 months and am working in aged care (as i didnt get a gnp last year). My local country hospital has just put me on casually as a Rn and are aware that I will need support .
As I wasnt working as an Rn fulltime I was still able to apply for a Gnp. I got an offer on Monday and got in a Country hospital acute/aged care approx 100kms away from where I live (it was my third pref). Now Im not sure if to take the offer as I know how lucky I am to get an offer or stay with what I am doing. Just after some opinions of which way I will be better off.
