Switching schools?

Trying to decide if I should switch to different school or stay at the one I am at. There are pros and Cons to both. What would help you to stay vs go? People, routine, etc.

What are the pros and cons to the schools?

It's whatever is most important to you, but generally speaking I think the age group, administration, and travel time are the big 3 for me. I love the younger ones (most of the time!), have a great principal and co-workers in general, and only drive a few minutes to work - so although I have thought about going to the high school because there are 2 nurses instead of being alone...it just isn't worth it to me.

In the past I have hung on to jobs because I loved the people I worked with, but in the end it isn't worth it. There are always going to be pros and cons to every job. I would think about what the *top* priorities are for you and select the school that best fits those. Good luck!

This year I am changing school. I had a baby last yesr so I took a year off and am not ready to return full time. It is so hard to give up going back to what Im familiar with and all the great staff and friends. However, my priority is to being with my kiddo. So I agree with above, figure out the priorities.
