Studying Abroad

Long story short but an amazing possibility has presented itself for me to study (AKA sit & not understand a thing) at a Chinese university during my semester break. I got asked out of the blue by one of the lecturers from the university here on a teaching exchange. So I'm keeping my fingers crossed it'll all work out and that I'll be able to go.

But it made me think how many nursing school have exchanges abroad. I never even thought there would be a possibility to travel as a student (even as a no-credit sort of trip like the one offered). Have any of you guys been or planing to go at any point? I'd love to here your stories and experiences if yes.
