Just some friendly advice from someone who has taken the TEAS V.

If you just get one of these McGraw-Hill's Nursing School Entrance Exams, Second Edition: Strategies + 8 Practice Tests: Thomas Evangelist, Tamra Orr, Judy Unrein: 9780071810494: Amazon.com: Books you will be okay. It offers great test taking tips and tricks that will come in handy during the exam.

It is a 4 hour exam that tests basic knowledge of reading comprehension, math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, fractions and very basic geometry), high school science (chemistry and biology), and lastly english grammar. If you use the book you will be fine.

Also, this has nothing to do with the TEAS exam but you may want to edit out your e-mail address from your original post; any psycho could just message you otherwise :wideyed:

BEST OF LUCK!!!!
