Starting a poll about best online programs?

Because there are so many people inquiring about which is the best online nursing program, is there a way we can have a poll started for those who've already attended the program and give us a feedback? As for me, I am interested in the RN to BSN program. I have searched for information, but some of them are outdated and my computer is currently running very slow especially with this website. Your participation is very much appreciated. You don't have to be specific. However, this will help some with making decisions and minimize having to post the same type of questions over and over again.
