Starting a business

Hello my fellow nurses! I am considering starting up my own small business of local nurse staffing agency. I am having some trouble figuring out pricing though. I am considering calling a couple local companies and faking being a facility in order to get an idea on their prices so I can better understand the market. 

 

What percentage should I take for me and how much for the nurse?  Any advice? Down sides of owning a nursing agency?
