SOS!!! Please help to explain what is Transcript Validation Form is?

hi to everyone who is currently viewing my letter::)

i have submitted all required paper work to cgfns in september of 2010 and they ask me for more documents which were submitted in december of 2010.

now cgfns is asking for more documents (transcript validation form).

could anyone please explain what it is exactly? i thought that the request for validation of registration/license for credential evaluation service and request for academic records for credential evaluation service and several other forms from my nursing school were exactly what cgfns was asking to complete my evaluation report. i found out today that cgfns is asking for a transcript validation form as i mentioned above. is that a separate form from the request for validation of registration/license for credential evaluation service and the request for academic records for credential evaluation service?

it took me two years to get these documents. i'm not sure how long it will take to get the transcript validation form processed in my college.

all i need to know is if there is any additional document that has to be attached to the transcript validation form when my college signs this form? does it mean my college has to provide its own form in addition besides transcript validation form which will be sent by me to them? did i understand everything right? sorry, guys, for asking such questions on this website, but sometimes super-easy things turn out to be so difficult and hard to get done.

i'm from baku, azerbaijan and wondering if there is anyone on this website from there, as well. maybe that person knows more about how cgfns processes documentation from azerbaijani nursing schools? and has anyone from baku, azerbaijan on this website actually received completed reports from cgfns and have been able to pass an exam and work after that in us?
