Sonoma State fall 2016 applicant support thread

I have seen many threads for 2015 California state school nursing program hopefuls but nothing for 2016! I was just curious as to how you feel about your chances and what your stats were (GPA, TEAS, etc).

I hope to hear back from anyone going through the same things!

I have applied to SSU, CSUS, and SFSU and considering PUC as a backup option

    Hi there!

    I'm also a Fall 2016 SSU nursing program applicant! I just got an email today from NursingCAS that my transcripts verification is complete! I've applied to 3 BSN programs (SSU, CSUS, and CSUEB), and 3 ADN programs (Solano, Napa, and Los Medanos) as backups. Good luck to the both of us!

    Here are my stats...

    Overall GPA: 3.79

    TEAS: 91.3

    Great teas score! Indeed best of luck! I couldn't apply to Napa since I am still finsihing 1 prereq otherwise that would have been a possibility for sure. Maybe I will see you at CSUS or SSU fingers crossed*

    Yes I did. I'm on the alternate list, but I'm not sure how to find out what # I am.

    I got on the alternate list as well. I emailed someone in the nursing department to ask what number I am but I'm still waiting for a response. How nerve wracking!

    I emailed the nursing department today asking about my position on the alternate list and she was able to tell me. I would email them and ask to see what your position is!
