Skill testing anxiety, any advice?

When I take my skills tests, I know the material and know what I'm doing (I do it fine when I practice) but when there is someone standing there staring at me and I know how high the stakes are, I blank out on details and mess things up. I know I can't be the only person who does that, so does anyone have any ideas on how to stop that from happening?

Annoyingly, I can walk right out of the test where I messed up and perform the skill perfectly once the pressure is off. It's like someone switches back on my memory or something. I don't shake or anything...in fact, I seem to be able to hide the anxiety from myself!! I didn't THINK I was that upset, until some of my information simply wasn't there for recall!

Thanks,

Cara
