Simmons DNP 2021

I am waiting to hear back for the FNP-MSN 3/2021. I just found out my file is now in review and I might have to take the bio bridge. I don’t mind, I just want to get in. Praying it doesn’t take too long to hear!

Hello! I received an email this weekend stating my application is now under review. I've only heard nothing but positive things about this program. The forums from last year look like people started to hear back around mid-December, prior to the holidays. So hopefully we will hear some news soon!

Hi everyone! 

I applied to the direct entry program at Simmons for Fall 2021 start. I was wondering if anyone has heard anything back yet? I also received the email in early December stating that my application was now under review, but I haven't received any other emails or information since. 

Also, does anyone know if we would be hearing back by mail or email?

Hello! I was told we will hear via email first and then receive the letter in the mail. I was told end of January to early February we should expect to hear back.

Hello everybody! I am new to this website and I figured I would post! I am a transfer nursing student, I have been doing community college prerequisites and applied to Simmons for fall 2021 back in December for the original priority deadline (Which I believe ended up getting extended to January 15.) I have not heard anything back yet, so I am hoping that this is a good thing? This is for the BSN, 2 year sequence. So, if anybody else has heard anything, or if anybody is in the same place as me?! I have been working so hard and really hope I can get into Simmons. My status has just been move to slate, do we think this is good if I haven't heard anything?
