Featured Replies

can you be more specific. what are the hours you staff? What type of cardiac floor? I'm in ICU, we need-If you staff 24 hrs a day, you need 11 to 12 staff nurses working 3 12 hours each plus a call shift and you'll be calling to staff short shifts/ If you're a step down, you need to provide you're staffing ratio.

Eight hour shifts require less workers, but I don't know if you're open 24/7 or 5 days a week 8 hour shifts.

Some more info would help.
