I don't know for sure, but I would assume you wouldn't be considered for positions you didn't select. I think this is an additional way to weed people out. It seems like it would really limit the amount of applicants for each position. It's a fantastic method because we won't be competing with as many people, but also bummer because of possible missed opportunities with the positions we didn't select. So, I'm torn with loving the idea and hating the idea. Haha. Just take a second and really think about you would feel if you called to interview for any of the positions.....whichever one you would feel the most excited for...go for it! Or you could try to weight pros and cons?? I don't know...it IS a touch decision though! Good Luck to you!

I'm just getting this thread started for the Winter 2015/2016 round of New Grad applications at Sharp in San Diego.
It looks like the Grossmont applications open Oct 13 and then the rest of the apps open Oct 26.
