Sharp Grossmont New Grad Program

Does anybody work for Sharp? How is it, the people, management, etc? how is their new grad program? I got accepted to the new grad program at Sharp Grossmont, 5E Telemetry unit, and planning to relocate to the San Diego area. Would you recommend it? any input will be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi! I have a coworker from the rehab I work at who currently works on that unit Full-time. She told me it's great, and that she's learned a lot since starting there. I'm also a new grad and I have an interview with the Telemetry unit later this week. If you could tell me how your interview went, and any pointers, I'd really appreciate it.

I have an interview this week as well. Any tips you can share would be amazing!

Hi, I had the interview last month. The interview took about 30 minutes and there were 3 people from the hiring manager team. They rotated to ask the questions. All of them were behavioral questions: tell me ab yourself, why sharp, what mistakes did you take and how do you fix it, what did you do when someone ask you to do something illegal, and have you ever applied based evidence practiced when you have clinical, etc. Good luck!

Thank you so much!
