Shadowing a CRNA

Hi, My name is John. I am currently a RN. I work on a Ortho/tele floor now, however I will be transferring to the CICU in the coming weeks. I am inquiring about shadowing a CRNA. I have not fully decided if whether or not I am going to become a CRNA or a Nurse Practitioner. So, I thought why not try to shadow a CRNA and see If I could see myself doing that career. I have inquired at my own hospital, however it is a small hospital and I was told by the education department they are not allowing anyone shadow in the OR. So I did try another outpatient surgery center, where I also seem to have no luck. I never thought it would be this hard. So now Im reaching out to anyone that can assist me in this matter. I would greatly appreciate this. I live in Tampa,FL by the way. Any insight would help. Thank you for your time! I greatly appreciate it.
