SF State TEAS

Does anyone know the minimum score that SF State requires on the TEAS? I've looked all over their website & can't find it.

Thanks!

There's no minimum score. The sure way was to score an 80-85 or better. My batch was the first to take it. I scored a 79.3% on my first try and ended up on the wait list. If I scored higher, I would have gotten in. I think it was my GPA and supplemental criteria that kept me on the wait list... eventually I made it in the Fall 2011 program.

best of luck with you!

Thanks!

I ended up contacting the school & they told me that they only care about the word proficient.

Hi, I'm in the Fall 2011 program at SFSU as well and I advise you to shoot way beyond "proficient." I guess that is what they would consider the minimum. However, keep in mind that if you do only score "proficient," that would put all of the other applicants that scored "advanced" or higher above you. So to be as competitive as possible, do the best you can and study! =)
