Seeking quick input from Ocala, FL based community health nurse

Hello! My name is Diana, and I am an RN who is finishing a RN-BSN program. I am in a Community Health nursing class, and need input for my chosen community of Ocala, Florida (or surrounding areas). I am attempting to assess the needs of the 65+ community and have not been able to get responses from local health departments. 

Is there a nurse/healthcare provider in that area that could help me out by answering the six questions below, (or as many as you are able to)? I would so appreciate your time! I live in upstate New York and want to look into moving to this area in the future!
