im new to a doctors office style ursing job. my title is nursing care coordinator. i have been a nurse at a snif unit for 6 months and then here for 3 months. i have to find my own training for all the type of positions they want me to fill. the hardest one im having issues with it tactical nursing. does anyone have any advice on how to learn tactile nursing at a provider office. i work from peds to family practice. i also have issues with 30 second reports. does anyone have a template on how to fill in a basic 30 second report with ability to adjust due to no similar patient
