Sample interview questions?

Hey everybody! I'm a second semester nursing student who just got an interview for a nursing station technician position on a neuroscience floor. I've interviewed for LTC, and feel like I know what to expect as far as potential questions in that setting, but a hospital interview seems more intimidating. Does anybody have any suggestions as to how the interview may differ from one in a skill living facility? I'd love ANY feedback you have!! Thanks!

They asked me stuff like

Why do you want to work here?

What makes you the ideal candidate for this job

What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses?

If you had to work with a difficult coworker, how would you handle it?

What are your values?

What is your definition of nursing (I loved that question and I think its answer scored me my job)

Where will you be in three years?

Why are you going to be a nurse?
