Same Day Surgery Interview

I have an interview for a transfer from Oncology to Day surgery at my hospital. What are some of the questions I should expect to be asked?
Bonus Question. What is it like working as a nurse in day surgery? I am incredibly excited for this. The manager was very very nice and is excited to introduce me to her team!

    A few questions many OR recruiters and managers ask:

    1. Describe a time you went above and beyond for a patient. (Pt satisfaction scores)

    2. How do you handle stress?

    3. Do you focus more on the task at hand or can you handle an ever changing environment?

    4. How are you with speaking up? Do you find it difficult? (To gage whether you will speak up with difficult surgeons and staff)

    5. How would you handle a difficult coworker? (OR nursing draws in people with strong personalities)
