RVU

Hi

New grad here-moving to new state where no one knows me from Adam and all my professional support is still in my old state. Have been offered a job by a large company that is based on RVU's only. Will be seeing nursing home patients (expect about 18 per day) and I was wondering what thoughts are on this. Company sems transparent, answers all questions, and I need a first job....positive reviews for company from all sources that I have encountered. High pay is not my goal at this point- really just wanted a clinical role after being in an office setting so as long as I make what I need and am not worked to death I will be happy.
