RVU based bonus

Hello! I am currently looking to change jobs and was hoping someone could give me an example structure of a salary + RVU production bonus I can use to negotiate my new contract. Currently I am salaried and receive a % of collections quarterly, so I am new to the RVU world. For background, I work in urology with some inpatient work but mostly outpatient clinic visits.
