I'm looking at going against the flow in several years. Rather than moving to the US to work as a nurse, my husband's job will possibly take us to Moscow or St. Petersburg. I would like to continue working as a nurse there at one of the private clinics, or at one of the clinics/hospitals for ex-pats. By the time we possibly leave, I'll have an MSN and a few years of experience. I'm looking for anyone who is currently working in Russia (in any capacity), and can shed light on what opportunities are available for someone like me. Fortunately, I already speak the language fluently, so taking a test for licensure would not be an issue (if needed).
