Rolling admission

Anyone know of schools for online RN to BSN that offer rolling admissions. I started the processes with WGU, but they are giving me a run around and not accepting any of my previous health assessment courses from Rasmussen College, and pretty much told me that none of my actual nursing degree was able to be transferred over but my pre-reqs for the nursing degree will be accepted. This puts me at a huge disadvantage because I really liked the idea of WGU since they are an accredited nursing program and seem to understand that if a program is online and you can essentially work at your own pace, that you should not be limited by the same "fall, spring, summer" schedules that other schools adhere to. I'm in the process of appealing the transcript office but would like to have other options ready if they are out there.
