Role Plays - Need some help thinking a few up

I have to come up with role plays on advocacy for a communication class. I have a few, but I'm running short on ideas. I've Googled as many as I can, but I need nursing related ones. I just need basic scenarios for two people to act out. Anyone have any ideas? I'm so out of ideas.

What do you have so far?

Being an advocate is an important part of being a nurse. We often need to help patient's communicate their needs and their wishes to others. This includes: Their family, doctors, ancillary staff (such as dietary, housekeeping) and other members of the healthcare team (lab tech, physical therapist, etc.)

Here are a few patient populations that might be in greater need of advocacy: Children, the elderly, the disabled (physically or mentally), those of other cultures or religions.

My advice to you is to choose a patient that might require your advocacy and then choose a person with whom they need to communicate.

For example: How might you help a child communicate a need to their parents? How might you help a patient of another religion communicate a need to the dietary staff? How might you help an elderly patient communicate a need to her physical therapist?
