RODP FNP Spring 2015

Hi, I will be starting Spring 2015. My home school is ETSU where I graduated with my BSN in August. I think I was notified in August of my acceptance and received my packet. I am sooo excited and ready to get started.

Congratulations!!!!! Do you mind sharing your GPA? I am worried mine will hinder me from getting into the program. My cumulative is 3.1, but I finished my BSN in August with a 4.0. Also have you already been allowed to sign up for classes? What are you taking or planning to take?

Thank you! I think my cumulative was 3.58. My BSN was 3.8. We start signing up for classes in November. I decided to mix mine up a bit so I don't spend 2 straight semesters writing papers for 4 classes. Im taking Theoretical Foundations and Adv Pharm in spring and Health Care Policy and Adv Role Development in the summer. Im sure you will be accepted!

I too applied for Spring 2015 back in August, and I just now received my approval from RODP, which of course means it's too late to go in the spring, so I have to apply for Summer of 2015. Of course, I'm just thankful I get to start at all! I was assigned to MTSU, which is where I received my BSN, I am very excited!

TnRN, If I am accepted I am planning on mixing up my core classes as well. Great minds think alike :) Good luck on your journey!

Candi, it took rodp a while to process my initial application as well. About 2 months actually. Good luck with your acceptance! Maybe we will all be classmates in the future :)
