RN

I am working at a ltc in broward area, and i can tell you guys , were are allways overhelmed. As a nurse, you have to do everything by yourself. I mean, 8 hours are far not enough to do what you have to do. I was surprise when i was reading a post that a gentleman ask who is in charge of doing at a LTC.

the place where i am working, that is the nurse on duty who do admissions.Sometimes you are obligated to clock out and returned to the floor to finish your work , because overtimes are not allowed. I think it is a very scary situation that needs to be addressed carefully.
