RN New Grad Program Kaiser Woodland Hills 2015

Hey fellow new grads. :) Just wanted to start a thread for those of us who had our first interview for this program and who are waiting to see if we get the coveted 2nd interview (panel interview). Good luck to us all!!

I got an email today to rsvp for the panel interview on Monday Aug 24th. Did u hear back from them?

Congrats rnews19! Sadly I was notified today that I didn't make it to the panel. I don't work for Kaiser and graduated with my BSN in May. Got my license in June. Do you work at Kaiser?

Sorry to hear that. I am surprised because I also graduated in May 2015, but with an ADN. Got my license in July. And i do not work for Kaiser. I just applied online. Also, i am not a CNA, but did volunteer throughout my nursing school days. The recruiter told me that from the first interview, they asked about 60 people (out of 400) to come in and were going to narrow it down to 40 for the panel interview on monday. I am also very nervous because I know for sure it will be very intimidating!!

Well congrats! I was intimidated about the panel interview when the recruiter began discussing it. I really wanted to get into this program. So hard just to get an interview anywhere as a new grad!
