RN migrating from UK to DC

Hi all, I'm a RN in the uk currently. I'm in the process of commencing my migration steps to DC. Does anyone know of any DC employers or agency who sponsor or offer h1b or gc to nurses. Or how does it work in this area. please help with any resources to contact or make enquiries.
