Resume for RN program

Hey! I've got two weeks left to get my resume together for my application! I've got almost everything ready but now I have an issue: I have no idea how to build up this resume or how to organize it or what is okay to put in it and what is irrelevant! Please help me! I'm nervous and excited to be taking this step but I need some help organizing!

Thanks!
