Ok i work in a CBRF facility and there is an aide that has been abusing a resident for the last 2 months. I had told the DON and my boss when it started happening and nothing has been done to the aide she is still working there. Is there anything that i can do outside of the facility to report this aide before she does more harm to someone else???

I assume that you are in WI. If so then here is the address to send in an incident report (should be within 7 days of the incident). Also, I will give you the link so that you can read the rules and regs of reporting and where you can download the incident report in PDF form. CLICK HERE
For allegations involving all staff (noncredentialed and credentialed), submit the Incident Report to BQA at:
Bureau of Quality Assurance
Office of Caregiver Quality
2917 International Lane, Suite 300
Madison, WI 53704

Report the aide to the state department on aging, the state health dept. or the local ombudsman. Their phone number should be posted in the facility. This has been going on too long and needs to be stopped before someone gets seriously hurt or dies.
