Residency programs

I am currently in a residency program. Although I did the research - the reality is far from what I imagined.

So, for those of you who are in programs what would be your ideal program? What did you think you were gonna get? What works and what doesn't?

For those not in a residency program what do you believe a residency program will give you?

    I will say that I am in Georgia. I dont want to call out the program. I do still work here and people do read these boards.
