? about residency programs

Ok I am going to grad with my ADN in May and will work locally at a hospital here for the next year or two while I finish up and get my BSN. My question is this, I want to move to Dallas/Ft Worth area after completing my BSN do any hospitals allow a RN who is not a brand new grad (I will be new grad BSN but not RN) do any of thier residency programs or what do they offer if anything in that situation?!? Thanks in advance where I am currently I am an intern and I will have a whole 6 weeks @@ to orientate after I start work. I really would like to do a couple of months worth of an orientation/residency program after my BSN in a critical care unit (I really like NICU but I havent had much experience there and would like a chance to get my feet wet before committing myself.)
