Research paper

I am in need of ideas to do a research paper. I need to Identify a clinical problem in the workplace that would be under a nurses control. ​ PLEASE help

    OK. Have you participated in clinical yet? If so, what are some of the clinical functions you perform? Once you go through a nursing orientation at a hospital, you will learn all kinds of clinical functions an RN must perform: starting IV's, dropping an NG tube, medication administration, just to name a few. Pick one clinical function; let's say IV starts. I still see nurses who do a quick wipe with either an alcohol or Chlorhexidine wipe rather than scrubbing for the required 30 to 60 seconds. This is clearly an infection control issue.

    This is what is being asked of you. Pick a clinical function that possess a potential problem. I am sure you will be required to find evidence-based research articles that suggest best practices.
