Research Inquiries

We are technically having problems with our research problem. What we would like to find out is what were the possible things related to the development of breast cancer among women here in our province through interviewing and giving out questionnaires to women diagnosed with breast cancer in any stage.We wanted to find out whether diet, hormonal influences, genetics, occupation, and environmental exposure wee the ones that possibly caused why they are having cancer. Our group wanted to secure some survey/assessment tools appropriate for those who were diagnosed with breast cancer. Another option was to create a survey tool appropriate, and the other one was perhaps modify available tools to custom-fit our problem. But the main problem was that most of my group mates rejected the idea of making a tool and/or modifying an existing tool.

Any advice to what thing is best to be done?? Thank you very much.
