Relationship between nurses knowledge and practice

I see this is your first post. This is a really complicated topic. You might want to search the threads on allnurses to review some of our lengthy discussions on the topic.

As for a source of articles on the topic, I suggest your school's library. Do a a literature search on Nursing Theory and Nursing Practice and see what you come up with. You will find plenty of articles.

If you browse the library shelves, you might also find the book, "Perspectives on Nursing Theory." The editors of this book have compiled some of the most significant articles ever written on the topic of nursing theory. If your library doesn't have the book, they can order it through interlibrary loan.
