how to register and what to do

my wife registered for her NCLEX using her maiden name since we were not married back then. right now, she will register for pearsonvue for her ATT. do you have any idea how she will register? since she is now using a different family name. do you have any idea what she needs to bring on her exam date? thanks

I live in New Jersey, so I'm not sure how it would work in another state, but I would guess that she will have to call her Board of Nursing and ask them how to proceed; most likely she will have to present them with proof of her name change. In order to register for the NCLEX, all documentation has to match, and since the Board of Nursing ultimately issues the license, they'll need her new name for the license. Again, I'm in NJ, so you'll have to look into whether its different in your area, but for my test, I just brought the print-out of my ATT number and my driver's license for identification.
