Refresher Course?

I have been a nurse for about 7 years. I completed a residency in ICU right out of school but unfortunately I left 1.5 years in due to the stress of lack of education/training and just overall the nastiness of the nurses, managers, and doctors. It was a hard decision as I loved patient care and felt fulfilled, but also felt like I was never smart enough or knew enough and hated the ridiculous pressure placed on us to be seasoned nurses right away. I moved onto an outpatient setting and enjoyed it, I have been doing it for several years now. However, I have moved into a role that is not bedside and requires no daily clinical judgement or nursing skills. I am now more nervous than ever when I help fill in clinically because all of my ICU experience is so far removed from my brain and it was such a short time compared to other nurses. I am not concerned about my patient safety knowledge but rather my deep understanding of the pharmacology and physiology side of nursing and the things you only know from being a hospital nurse for a long time. My question is- is there any course that anyone is aware of that might help bring me back up to speed? Obviously I could use study material in my free time but I'm really looking for a nurse lead educational course that could fast track to feeling like a super confident and competent nurse with excellent clinical judgement skills.
