Hello everyone. Am a foreign trained nurse sitting for the NCLEXRN at d end of this month. Am very positive I will pass. My concern is that I trained in a third world country without all the modern facilities and since my graduation in 2012 I only practiced for a few months . Will taking a refresher course be worth the money and time? I believe with the weeks of orientation given by most jobs I could learn the skills am currently not adept at. Any suggestions please ?

I think if you are committed to providing safe patient care, you should take a refresher course with a clinical component.
