I'm working on dosage calculations problems and this one has me really stumped. It asks to calculate dosage based on 5mg/kg with available dosage being 1 gm, to reconstitute with 7.4 mL sterile water, patient weighs 136 pounds. it wants the dosage in mL, but I'm confused because this is the first problem I've come across that doesn't give any sort of final concentration. How can I find that?
