Reclass from 68W to 68C

Hello, 

I am an Active Duty 68W medic in the U.S. Army and considering re-classing to 68C Practical Nurse. Will my previous coursework from 68W AIT shorten my 68C AIT? Anybody ever switched from Army medic to practical nurse? I am opened to any suggestions or feedback. Thank you.
