Re apply for DHA application

hi there, just wanna ask some of you on how to re apply for the DHA exam, my documents/ credentials was rejected due to failure to send some of my documents. I wanted to re apply again, am i allowed to re apply again for another application in dha or not? please help me with this anyone. ive wanted to try again, i havent undergo any background checking of my documents, actually i came from middle east and unfortunately the place/ountry i am working doesnt released any goodstanding certificate from MOH and this is what the DHA is asking me to provide. please help me with this. thank you :0
